Visiting the Club

A member’s guest/visitor may sign him/her four times in one calendar year and a member is allowed six guests/visitors at any one time.  If a member’s guests/visitors exceed the required number, arrangements are to be made with the administration office or any committee member.

Reciprocal Club Members

We welcome reciprocal members and they may visit a maximum of 30 days in a year and 7 days at a time in a month.

Should you require an extension of your stay please seek approval from either a Flag Officer and or two other members of the Committee.

Reciprocal Club Members are not eligible to sign in guests but the Secretary  or Committee will accommodate courtesy by signing in guest(s) immediately after such visitor has entered the Club Premises.

The Committee may have the power at any time without assigning any reason to revoke or cancel the admission of any visitor (refer Rule 25).

Commissioned Officers of any Navy, Army, or Air Force and Officers of the Merchant Marine or of overseas airlines serving in ships or aircraft respectively visiting fiji may be invited by the Committee to visit the club for such periods as the Committee may decide.

A Member introducing a visitor shall be responsible for the visitor’s conduct in the Club and shall be responsible for the character of the visitor.
